Both my mugs are superb and I am very pleased with my purchases.The wood thank you heart and small packet of sweets were a lovely personal touch . However, as these were my first buys I was offered a 20% discount which I tried repeatedly to apply when purchasing without success.So, I ended up paying £5 more than I expected.
