Shadow Lamp

Worst purchase I’ve ever made. The shipping took forever, and when my order finally arrived, they sent me the wrong item. After multiple emails, they finally sent the correct one, but I had to wait another two weeks. When the replacement arrived, it was broken right out of the box. The light tube was completely snapped because they provided almost no protective packaging. They just threw the lamp into the box with barely any padding, which caused it to break during shipping. I contacted customer service again for a refund, but now they have completely ignored my emails. The quality is also terrible. This is basically a cheap plastic lamp with a small LED light, yet they charge an unreasonable price for it. The 3D printing is rough, the materials feel cheap, and it looks nothing like what the price suggests. Save your money and stay away from this company. Poor quality, careless packaging, and unacceptable customer service.
