Absolutely in love with the gowns

These gowns are of excellent quality. I love the design, quality, and color. Also, I had a few questions prior to ordering and the customer service was great!

Lace Coat is exquisite but the undergown...

The undergown is a big disappointment, it is not lined, the thread bound seams are exposed. (All of our granddaughter's dresses, at a much lower price point, from companies such as Janie and Jack, Feltman Brothers, and even Rare Edition are fully lined.) At minimum the bodice should be lined. The decorative buttons at the back of the undergown are unnecessarily difficult to fasten. Since the undergown is not intended to be worn alone it should be much easier to button than the current design. I do encourage you to stop using the large rigid labels you have in the undergown, bonnet and lace coat. It was annoying to have to remove all those labels for the baby's comfort.

The quality the style and the detail were beautiful on this dress. And customer service top notch! I had selected a different color for the bib by mistake and they reached out to me before shipping to confirm that was indeed what I wanted. They were great.
