As a dad of two boys, I felt an immediate connection to James’s story. Many of the emotions he shares—the late-night worries about whether you’re making the right decisions, the hope you hold onto for your children, the moments of self-doubt, and the growth that comes from learning alongside them—felt deeply familiar. His story captures that constant pull to do your very best as a parent, even when the path ahead isn’t clear. It reads like a deeply personal and honest account of parenthood, and a powerful reminder that every family’s journey is different, yet filled with experiences and emotions that resonate across all kinds of families.

Most heart warming read
Absolutely love this book the meaning and the love behind it shines through every page. A very relatable read and almost as if my thoughts where falling out onto the page infront of me. Weather your at the beginning or far into a life with diagnosis this is the book for you! It has taught me more patience and to pull joy out of moments you might not even notice. 10/10 recommend. What a story! And well done to Jude and Tommy on all your accomplishments!!
