Atlantic Salmon Sashimi Grade (12oz Each Pack)

Shipped fast and with care. I ordered 9 lbs of shashimi grade salmon. They packed the container so well my order was still frozen when it was delivered. I was worried that it would have thawed since I live in Florida. The taste and quality of the fish is so fresh. Cannot even tell it was previously frozen. I sliced it and ate it raw with some soy sauce. Delicious and convenient. The meat literally melts in your mouth, so amazing!! I will be ordering again once I consume what I have in my first order.

Disappointed

It lacks the freshness of the first time; the underside of the fish has turned black.
