Audi B9/B9.5 Dashboard Ambient Lighting

Installed the product to find out the wrong wiring harness was sent out. Reached out to customer service and it took almost 2 months for me to be acknowledged. Finally sent me tracking for the correct harness but it’s been almost 1 month since the label was created and the package hasn’t moved at all. 3 months later and i am still waiting for the harness to show up.. Customer service could use some help and being able to communicate with the customer and keeping them informed.

Product identical to images on the site. The “24/7 virtual installation support” is real, I go through an installer friend to do the heavy lifting but Street Equipped answered every question I had very quick. Since I don’t know how to install, they worked directly with the installer I chose over-the-phone to get it done. Love the end result, Audi should’ve had this stock.

Love the upgrade to my Audi rs5. The ride looks so crisp with the added ambient lighting. Easy to install, and great communication
