Audi B&O Pop up Tweeter

My 100% honest review-- Shipping was slower than expected. Took approximately 40 days to receive the speakers. When initially reaching out to customer service via email, response was slow and at times there was no response at all. HOWEVER, upon finally receiving the speakers, customer service/support response has been AWESOME. They greatly assisted me in identifying wires during my install. Without their support, I don't think I would have been successful. The speakers themselves appear to be of decent quality. They have a great weight to them and they sound good. I immediately noticed the sound difference between these new tweeters and the old ones. The motorized motion of the speakers is smooth and quiet. My only critiques are (1) I wish the website provided a more realistic shipping timeline and (2) better labeled wires. Overall, I'm 100% satisfied with the speakers and I greatly appreciate Street Equipped's customer service support. 5 stars; I highly recommend product and Street Equipped as a whole.

Product did not work. No response on a return or refund. Total waste of money.
