The Special Mask - Limited Edition

I had used EviDenS for years and this was my first order directly from their official store. Unfortunately, after experiencing a skin reaction to another product, I discovered how difficult their after-sales service can be. EviDenS arranged the DHL return and provided the return documents. DHL collected the parcel from my home, but when a delivery issue occurred after it reached France, EviDenS told me to contact DHL myself. For a luxury brand at this price point, this was extremely disappointing. I have lost confidence in EviDenS and will not purchase from the brand again. Please consider the after-sales experience carefully before purchasing.
