The bracelet is great, everything I expected. The tool sent with it is a piece of junk. I wasn't able to make adjustments because the pin holder was drilled crooked and it would not line up with the pins. I had to take it to a jewler twice to get the correct size.

I’ve bought eight bracelets and a necklace from Hero and have been quite pleased with them all! High quality, nice looking and for a good cause.
