This replacement assembly was a very good fit in our 40 year old door and seems to be of good quality. Instructions were easy to follow for a novice like myself, I received it in about 5 days and would recommend the assembly to anyone

Lock is great, customer service not so much

The lock arrived, looks great but unfortunately doesn't fit the door. Needed to use the return option but despite multiple emails sent through their website link I have received ZERO response. I don't think any humans work for this company, and if they do they don't seem to care.

Disappointed

The product was the exact replacement door lock. It fit perfectly but the lock mechanism was inoperable. Emailed the company about the issue, included the order number and a picture.Three weeks later and still no working lock in my door and no response from this company.
