Nailed to the Cross Galatians 2:20 Necklace

Absolutely love my 3 nail necklace but my wife is curious why you don't make them in women's sizes. We ordered 2, she loved it from your advertisement but when they arrived it's to big for her to wear comfortably. She would absolutely order one if they were smaller. Just an observation. Thank you.
