Item is exactly as described …

…however, it’s a size too big for me. Filled in their online ‘send a message’ box on the day I received it, complete with a reply email address for them to get in touch, but am still waiting for confirmation that I can send it back to get a size smaller. Concerned now I’m going to fall outside of the allotted time to send back… but the item is really lovely and I’d really really like to sort this so I can get my beautiful ring that I was hoping to get as a treat !!
