The product was shipped promptly and arrived very well packaged, including a protective cloth bag. The leather is of good quality, nice and thick, the stitching is tight and the riveting is solid. I cannot fault this product at all; my daughter has just started a career in teaching and was overjoyed with the satchel, will last her a long time I'm sure.
