I needed a DIY residential drain channel for an area that has substantial runoff so I ordered this product. The size is perfect to handle a lot of water and the grates are really solid for any type of moderate traffic. I did have a question on how to connect two channels together so I called customer service. Kelsey in Customer Service not only explained how to put them together but took video clips from the warehouse to make it easier to understand. She followed up to make sure all my questions were answered. I actually talked to a person live twice without 72 phone queues. Fantastic customer service!!!
