Embroidered Dog Bucket Hat

Had my dog’s name embroidered wrong!!!! Name on hat is Bentley - I looked at my order placed and the name I wanted was Bailey!!!!!!

It doesn’t fit . The quality was poorly made. Not for the price I paid. I really would like to get my money back.

I thought I’d ordered a medium as she is a small westie… the bag says 1?? Not happy and the cost of item was not cheap so how do I return and have another sent?? Please respond my request!
