It's a fun enhancement. I'm glad it came with an applicator but I do not recall any instructions that a sticky coat (another product) was needed for it to adhere. Thank goodness for YouTube tutorials. That's the main reason for 4 🌟.

I've purchased this because I bought some holo chrome from Amazon. Not till I received this item did I realize it was only for gel. But this one! This one doesn't need gel! You can put the sticky base coat and make it holo with this powder!!! I love it!
