AutoGrip Universal Socket Tool

Well my problem with was one of the faces....keys....whatever they're called wasn't set inside properly. Took me a half hour to take it apart and figure out how to assemble it again. They kept falling out. Very frustrating but I got it fixed and tightened it on just a socket and hand tight seemed to grip properly. Not good to receive it inoperable.

I haven't put it to the full test, but it appears to be technically sound and a quality product!
