Mobile File Cabinet- Sold as add on only/with a desk only

Wrong items sent, but no response to my requests for correction.

You sent me the wrong color for the two mobile file cabinets that I ordered, but you have not responded to my email, phone call, or chat about this mistake.

The file cabinet I ordered came with castor wheels but the screws were missing. You don’t have to put the wheels on though. I called and they sent me some more. I ordered the desk which I also love but the pre-drilled holes were not properly aligned on one side causing a terrible effort putting it together if you were not expecting that problem. Customer service was VERY helpful and rectified by showing us on FaceTime where the easiest place was to drill new holes. They also gave me a small refund for the trouble. So, almost 5 star but held one back. Excellent customer service and responses as well as follow up which I really appreciated.

I received the cabinet with a big dent. Reached out and never received a reply with a solution.
