Love the product, hate the packaging

The Formula is amazing, I've been using it for years and have no complaints. As of lately, I'm disappointed in the packaging... with my past few orders, only one side of the pump operates. They've done a great job on sending me a new product but since then it has occured 3-4 more times. I would love to keep purchasing this but I won't until the packaging changes and you are abe to take the 'lid' off to access any remaining product.

Ill keep reviewing! Love the product. Hate the packaging. One whole side stopped pumping. Ordered another one in case of bad luck but nope rhe exact same problem. Customer service instructed me to poke holes in the bottom but it did not resolve the issue. Very disappinting

The cream is good but one of the pumps doesn't work so I can't actually use it.
