Awful Shipping

For my first order, I didn’t receive products I ordered until 16 days after initially submitting the order. I was contacted by the owner, Alison, after sending an email with concerns after 11 days had passed and was told the items would be shipped out the next day (on a Thursday). The order wasn’t shipped out until Saturday. From the date ordered to the date receiving it, it was 16 days Fast forward to the present and I placed my third order with ClariSEA on 5/23/24 because I like a couple of the products. The day of writing this review is 6/4/24 and it’s been 12 days since I submitted my most recent order on 5/23/24 and not even a shipping label has been created yet. It should not take this long to package and ship an order with two products in it. If there are issues on the company’s end, they need to be communicating with their customers rather than leaving customers in limbo not knowing when to expect the products they paid for. Due to the awful experience with shipping, I’m planning to explore products created by other companies once I’m done using the ClariSEA products I have because the shipping issues are just not worth it.
