Hidden Figures Frome

I'm a returning customer. First, Frome was amazing at communicating from start to finish. I made a request for a movie I'd periodically looked for on the site, and within a week or two they messaged me that it was now an available title. I had some challenges getting it ordered with the discount offered in a Christmas promo, but that was resolved. When I received the Buff print and opened it I thought it was very dark and not at all like the image on the website. Then when I hung it on the wall with the first one I ordered a few years ago, it was clear there was much more black on the print ... less gradient ... on the top and bottom. It really took away the wow I loved about the vibrant colours on my first one, which had a proper gradient fade from the black into the print. Again Frome was fantastic sending me a replacement. But it was exactly the same: nothing like the images on the website and too black. Ultimately they provided me with a 25% refund but I won't be buying again after this experience. Product, one star, customer service, 5 stars, refund policy for me being dissatisfied with the product, 3 stars.
