The Gardener's Overalls

I bought these on a whim and now they're in a permanent rotation. The gingham is that perfect green — bright enough to feel like summer, but not so loud that I can't wear them to run errands or throw a tee under for work-from-home days. The fabric is unbelievably soft right out of the bag (no break-in period, no stiffness), and they've held up beautifully in the wash. No fading, no shrinking, no weird pilling. Which matters, because I've washed them a lot, because I keep wearing them. Fit is easy and forgiving without looking sloppy, and they somehow work with sneakers, sandals, or clogs. If you're on the fence: get them. I'd buy a second pair in another color.
