Scandinavian Hydrogen tablets for kidney health

Despite several messages to the company, I cant get an answer why the tablets take over 7 minutes to dissolve with floating pieces in the glass of water. They never completely dissolve and leave a residue at the bottom of the glass

The company does not respond to any emails very poor customer service

Nothings changed, what am I suppose too feel. ? How long is it before it starts to work n on what!!???
