Great rug
Neutral colour, good size for the price, adds some texture and comfort to the room. Ours is in a playroom and reduced by one star as I am finding the rug sheds white wool strands a lot but this doesn't take away from the look and effect in the room.

Beautiful and striking rug; excellent customer service
We wanted a large rug (2m x 3m) for our living room, something which was hardwearing and neutral but not bland. The Asko rug is spot on; the interwoven black and white design is interesting and unusual, but overall quite subtle. It's clearly got that handmade quality to it (it is made to order). Compared to the pictures I'd say it looks lighter; the predominant colour is white, the black provides nuance and texture. Customer service was excellent and bespoke. Clare answered my questions by email, and kept us personally updated about the production and delivery process. This customer service was certainly several notches above that of comparable websites we've ordered from before.
