The tool is fantastic! It is crazy how much difference a quality tool that is sharp makes! There was a bit of a mixup with my order, but they corrected it very quickly. (within minutes of me sending an email) and were great with customer service. I will definitely be buying more tools from them and replacing some of my cheap stuff.

This is the best trimming tool I’ve ever owned. I am not a terribly seasoned potter, but I’m a seasoned shopper and I’ve tested a lot of trimming tools. This is so sharp! I’ve lightly cut my fingers twice (that is user error, not tool defect haha). I cannot wait for the other two to come back stock. I will be getting my hands on anything I can from this maker :)
