It's OK as a starting band, but unfortunately silicon reacts with my skin so I had to get a metal strap. If you don't have this problem, then this is a very good strap.

Comes with 2 sizes of strap. I'm kind of in between the 2 sizes personal but it's still great and relatively comfortable!
