Rock Glue Max

Terrible Customer Service I’m extremely disappointed with PETRAMAX. I purchased three gallons of Rock Glue Max for almost $240 because the promotion clearly stated that the sprayer, nozzles, and gloves were included FREE with the purchase. I received the three gallons, but none of the promotional items were included. What makes this even worse is the customer service. I contacted PETRAMAX about the missing items and have received no response or attempt to resolve the issue. When a customer spends this much money on a product, the company should honor the promotion advertised at the time of purchase and, at the very least, respond when there is a problem. The product itself may work, but my experience with PETRAMAX as a company has been extremely disappointing. If you advertise something as included with a purchase, honor it. And if there is a mistake, communicate with your customers. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend buying directly from PETRAMAX.
