Freaky Frights High Waisted Sport Bikini Bottom

Very disappointing experience with Goth Cloth Co. I ordered a swimsuit after taking my measurements, but it took a long time to arrive and did not fit. I reached out about a return/exchange, but they did not respond in a timely manner, so I placed a second order in a size up. That second order has also taken longer than expected and still has not shipped, despite checkout showing a 5–7 business day shipping timeline. When I followed up, I was told swimwear is made-to-order and can take up to 14 days, which was not clearly reflected at checkout. They also failed to acknowledge my request for a return label for the first swimsuit. For items that cost around $130 per order, I expected better communication, clearer shipping timelines, and better customer service. I would not order again.

The material on these bottoms are amazingly soft and the colors are so vibrant! I will absolutely getting another pair in a different pattern soon :) Side note: definitely size up from your original size for a more comfy fit!

Wish the band on the hips were wider for the thicker women like myself. The material is so soft and wondeful!
