They didnt pay the right amount for postage so USPS ended up holding the package. When i went to get it and find out why, I learned I had to pay an additional $20 or let USPS return the package to sender. I paid the postage assuming Tarantula Cribs would make it right later. They never replied to any of the instances I reached out to customer service so I would not recommend this company

I was shorted two bags of reptisoil 2 weeks ago. Ive sent 5 emails and not one response. Ive been a loyal customer and would have stayed one. Not now. No longer reccommend Tarantula cribs.
