Reed Plattform Sandal

The shoe itself is great and comfortable, but the straps are the issue. They rub the side of my feet raw where the buckle is and the heel strap is ridiculously loose that they flop around like flip flops. Wish they were more secure and had the ability to tighten more than what they offer.

these shoes are by FAR my new favorite ever!!! they are SOOOOO comfortable, ADORABLE, and they look STUNNING!!! and the price?!? so so worth every penny!! maddy jae doesn’t disappoint!!

Very poorly made. One of the shoes arrived really damaged, where the fabric lining the footbed was coming apart from the cork on the edges and was completely peeled back at the heel, showing the cheap foam underneath. All the straps were so loose, even on the tightest notch, that I couldn’t walk in them. I had to keep them because I didn’t realize she only allows two days after receiving to report damage and only offers store credit—and most things on her site are always sold out. I know this is a small business and mistakes happen, but orders should be inspected before they’re shipped and full refunds should be offered on damaged goods.
