New to mushroom products. I’ve tried both of the Yamabushi Farms tinctures, as well as their powder. I’ve enjoyed it al… The Ibuki seems unique, because there is a nice, noticeable uplifting feeling after taking it. I hold the tinctures under my tongue for a minute or two to let them absorb. Not sure if that makes a difference. As for the powder, ai ad that to an organic ceremonial cacao drink I make every day. Amazing combo! If you haven’t already, give the Yamabushi Farms products a go. You won’t be disappointed… Cheers!

I do have more energy and am accomplishing more during the day. My mood is also improved; therefore, this is a good product and recommend it.
