Printing error

I love the print at the back and front, however the print at the front of the t-shirt is much lower than shown on the website. It's more down at stomach level, well below the arms of the t-shirt. I tried to contact the jazz estate about this issue but they have not replied. I would be grateful if they could check their emails and reply about a replacement. The t-shirt is not really wearable as it is.
