It’s intermittent the remote no longer workd so using manually having to charge so frequent Thimknits working on me though so ill ketp going glad I didn’t pay full price bug still a lot Its very easy to store thats the plus

First, it looked like the package had been opened already and probably returned to you. Secondly, I couldn’t get it to work. So “we soothe” didn’t soothe me much.🥺 if anything it made my blood pressure go up and I was really looking forward to it. Now I see in order to return it,I have to return it to China??? Seriously? I guess I better stick with Amazon. Wow I don’t think I’ll be buying anything from you guys again soon. Very unhappy for even trying it. The shipping along will probably cost me the same amount that I spent to get it. Kind of expensive, but maybe if I put it on top of the garbage can the garbage guys can figure something out to do with it. I’m extremely unhappy with the product. I buy it thinking it’s going to be new and it’s already been opened then I can’t get it to work wow. I think a rating of one is too high.
