Works well but damaged on arrival

I purchased the warmer as a gift for my niece who recently graduated Esthetician School and while it works great it arrived with a damaged handle.

Nice warmer and silicone inserts.

Excited to use my double warmer! I been using the wax products for years now and I know this warmer compare great!👍
