Abaya Trench Coat

I really loved this abaya when it arrived, so it’s a huge shame that the fabric started pilling significantly after only 11 days. When I contacted the shop, they claimed this was "normal wear and tear." It is definitely not normal for a new garment to look worn out in less than two weeks. It’s a poor excuse for a "small business" to sell low-quality fabric and then refuse to take responsibility. The designs are lovely, but the quality doesn’t last. I’m now having to go through my bank to get my money back. Save your money and shop elsewhere.
