Received wrong order and US - no valor would not refund or replace the order. They offered 20% not to make negative review. Stay away from from them ! They get no stars ! Item came from China 30 days after order . And false advertisement/ bailt and switch which is illegal undaer section 5 of Federal Trade Commiision Act . Buyer beware !

DO NOT BUY! Absolutely NOTHING like what is described. I tried to email them for a refund and I get responded to Once every other day and they are trying to give me a 10% refund so I won't leave feedback. Absolute rip off. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS TRASH. See pics!

Not as advertised. I requested a refind and was initially offered a 10% refund. Then after emailing daily for 4 days, I was told that I could get a 20% refund. Their reason was that they suffered a loss too because their supplier cheated them. They want me to take a loss and they still retain 80% of the purchase price. Please see the initial email that they sent me after I requested a refund after I received the product Dear customer, Very sorry for the all trouble. We checked the all details with our suppler, we feel so angry, we also are cheated by supplier, we feel so sorry. But this is our fault, we didn't check clearly before we purchase, we'll ask the supplier to improve our instruction, could you pls give us a chance to solve this thing? How about we refund 10% you as compensate and you don't leave us any feedback, do you agree? Or you have any other suggestions? Please let us know your idea. Have a nice day.
