Customer service is extraordinary. And quick to get back to you. The oil works. You do have to wait a second for them to pop but they do. The elastics are the best! The glitter is so cute and came out easy during hair washing. It is very lemon scented forward but after using a few times. I learned i was doing to much. So a little goes a long way! My dropper bottle was leaking as i got it. I think due to delivery issues not the companies fault. But dittobug acted quick and fixed the issue with replacement. 10/10 reccommend and cant wait to check out more of their stuff.
