It seems to take even longer to completely clean the exterior of my car with this product, which is not appreciated in cold weather. I also learned the hard way, you must clean and refill the solution container and spray until it sprays smoothly before you put it away. I'm sure it will work better next time. The solution is ridiculously priced.

My Review of the RUBBIT Electric Trial Kit (Black Friday 2025 purchase, reviewed on 3 December 2025) I ended up returning this product, but not because it didn’t work. It washed my car and loosened dirt really well, especially on the rims and brake dust. The issue for me was time. I bought it hoping for a quick-clean option so I could keep my new Mercedes Benz E53 AMG looking fresh. Diamond white, black pano roof, black rims, black accents. Just a beautiful car, and I want it spotless. I followed the instructions step by step. The spray and towels lifted most of the dirt, but there was still impacted grime that needed an actual scrub. On top of that, the foam got into every crack and crevice, and I still had to pull out the hose to spray everything off. Once I did that, I ended up getting my scrubbing tools and basically washing the car a second time to get the caked-on road dirt behind the front tires and along the skirts. At that point I knew this kit wasn’t going to replace a traditional wash, which was the whole reason I bought it. Where this company really stood out was customer service. From the moment I initiated the return, they were responsive, polite, and clear. Every email felt like a real person and not AI or an automatic response. The return process was simple as they make it sound. After the third email asking me to leave a review, I replied with, “Are you sure you want me to leave a review because I returned the product?” They responded with “Leave an honest review anyway. That’s the only way we can improve.” That alone made me want to share my experience. The product itself is solid for what it is, just not truly waterless and not faster than a regular wash, in my opinion. The company, though? Absolutely 5 STAR!
