I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience. I waited for my order for a staggering three months—an absolutely unacceptable timeframe by any business standard. After waiting patiently in hopes of a professional resolution, I was ultimately forced to return the item due to the poor and unacceptable quality of the work. The entire experience was frustrating and lacked transparency. I strongly advise against using this service to anyone who values professionalism and reliability. A complete waste of time and money; the management of this order was truly deficient in every respect.
