Horrible and awful product. Worst customer service ever. Despite all of the issues with the ring they refused ro accept refurn. Continue to asked me tontrohble shoot. The ring doesnt chatge fully. The app is glitchy and the produt is malfunctioning. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN!

Advantages: 1. The design is very good. 2. It is very light. 3. It looks very stylish. Disadvantages: 1. The device switches off very quickly (within seconds) without any control or setting. 2. The count is not updated properly, even when connected via Bluetooth. For example, I reached 2000, but when I returned to the application it still showed 2000. After continuing to 3000 and reconnecting, it returned again to 2000. This is not acceptable. 3. The lock feature is unnecessary, or it should at least be optional in the settings. 4. The touch area is too small and should be made bigger. 5. The mobile application notification (pop-up/top list) is not working properly. Note: I recommend addressing the above issues, especially improving the application settings and performance.
