OCD
Ok, strange title? Well yes and no.
So, having purchased some Grappleband's (superb band btw!) I decided to try a couple of Riggerband M2's.
So, what's with the OCD? Well, the clasp.
Now, the Grapple uses a system whereby you "hook" a piece through a loop. It's Very easy, secure and works Very well. But the Rigger has more of (dare I say) clasp, whereby you thread a metal part through another metal part. A teeny bit more cumbersome (take that with a kilo of salt as both these bands are a cinch to secure) but once done, to my eye, it looks more pleasing. See, OCD eek.
The securing method is akin to that used by many military style belts (indeed Stu makes such a belt) and some backpack fixings. The "notch" is like threading a key into a lock and the tension of the strap is what makes the whole system doubly secure.
I think either system would suit anyone and both are (imho) superb, especially if you want a no pass/watch on the wrist strap. But if you have even a smattering of OCD (guilty) the Riggerband M2 might just win you over when you look on the underside of you wrist when compared to the Grappleband.
But hey, there's no wrong choice here, both are superb, just pick your colour and order away, you can thank me (well Stu lets be honest) later.

Excellent strap all around!
Excellent strap all around. Well made, works perfectly with my fxd. I would love to see it available in black nylon with Titanium hardware.

Best FXD strap
Bought this as well as a few other options to try out on my FXD. Easy to install, zero pass, comfortable, secure. Could not recommend more. If and when there are more colors coming I'll be buying more.
