Guggenhein® VI™, Professional Pinking Shears

I have ordered four sets of scissors feom Guggenhein and the other three (different scissors) all perform very well. This Pinkin shears however fail miserably and jeep chewing up the fabric. Only the evry tip of the scissors appears to cut the rest just chews up the fabric. Sciasors also leaves severe indentation on my hands trying to cut with them. I would like a replacement please.
