Checks all the boxes off…

The Beef Stroganoff from Mountain House (as well as most of their other main meal flavors) checks off all of the boxes for me. Quick and easy to fix either on the go (so long as I remember to bring a thermos of hot water) or at the end of the day, they’re filling, and they have good flavor. Plus (shameless plug) GoHunt’s prices can’t be beat, especially when they have a sale, but you have to jump on it quick because they tend to sell out fast…
