Ordered the same set in size L and M. They came in different materials. Want to return both. But Customer service offers partial 35% refund and dragging the conversation. It’s been 14 days already they do everything expire the return period not to process any return. I own a few corsets from them. Some items are good but customer service is horrible.

It’s a little like a stiff pillowcase and it wrinkles very easily. It’s a cute outfit. I just think it’s the wrong material.
