And your packing and shipping is excellent as well. I suggest putting a QR code sticker on your product that takes the buyer straight to your web site. I have experience lifting industrial electric motors using industrial grade Genie brand lifters, so I would like to recommend you create a video showing beginners proper and safe lifting techniques with particular emphasis on lifting weights versus heights and center of gravity, and awkward shapes center of gravity.
