First of all, the frame looks amazing straight out of the box. Packaging is as they say been done very carefully and professional to make sure the frame does not break when transporting. Unfortunatley my frame had minor damage because of the shipping company, i contacted Mon’art and got a super fast reply. They offerd to replace the frame or give me a discount on another frame, on top of that a t shirt. Customer service is amazing i have never been treated like that before as a customer. A big Thanks to Mon’art, amazing art pieces!
