Great customer service and great company!

The post office lost my package and put a trace on it themselves. I called EM and told them the package was lost - they immediately sent out another and I received it within a few days. I love my die cuts and will be making these cards in my card making class! Thank you so much. Highly recommend this company.

The days were great, cute packaging. I haven't use them yet, but plan to make many many cards with this kit! The only problem I had, was the bag the actual dies came in had a hole in it, and they were falling out. Definitely will need a Ziploc or plastic envelope to keep them in. This happened with several of my purchases from your company.

Amazed at the speed of delivery, the amount of product to the amount of money spent. Great value all around. I ripped into my little pink package and started crafting immediately. Love it all!!
