can only go in my experience with McAlister textiles. TBH it was 1st class Advised of time(s) to produce item(s) and delivery ETA. All within the time frames,oh yeah and good communication from vendor too. The courier service let the company down! However, I can't blame them for that as EVRI one knows they are not the best. As for the cushion covers, now that is a different story, well worth the wait, beautifully made, the weight and quality of the fabric and the finish is truly sublime. Definitely would be a returning customer if something on their website catches my eye. Many thanks, Michael
