Evelina Resin Slides

The shoes i recieved do not look like the picture. The three buttons on top of the shoe in the picture are brown and black (which is what sold me on purchasing the shoes) and the ones I received are solid cream. Also everywhere there is white on the shoe in the picture is actually cream on the shoe I received.

No where on the item details does it say wide or narrow i know my size never get it wrong they are way too big and because i can't find the bag it came in in unable to get a refund so upsetting won't order again
