Mango - KENT SEEDLING

Update: so these mangos are outstanding after a little bag ripening time. And none have been quite the same. The largest one was pure Haden expression, so sweet and tasty like candy. I'm changing my review to 5 stars but I still wish they were shipped more tree ripened .So I ordered these because I felt, since they were local, at least local to the U.S. in Florida, and they don't require long shipping times, radiation, or hot water baths, that they would arrive tree-ripened. However, these arrived rock-hard, not even close to ripe. They're going to have to be ripened in a bag for days. Paying this kind of money per mango, I would expect them to be near ripe, not totally green (Green as in ripeness not color, though they are all green and not like the picture.) They are big and look healthy so we will see about the fruit in a week or so when these can actually be eaten.
